Mirimalist.com’dan aldığınız ürünün iadesini, aşağıda belirtilen iade şartlarına uymak şartıyla, teslim edildiği tarihten itibaren 14 gün içerisinde ücretsiz yapabilirsiniz.
İade işlemlerinin başlayabilmesi için ürünü tarafımıza göndermeden önce lütfen info@mirimalist.com adresine talebinizle ilgili bir e-posta gönderiniz.
Sonrasında iadenizi YURTİÇİ KARGO ile ücretsiz geri gönderebilirsiniz.
Farklı kargo firmaları ile yapacağınız gönderi ücretlerinin tarafınızdan ödenmesi gerekmektedir. Aksi taktirde iade kargosu kabul edilmeyecektir.

İade Şartları:
- İade edilecek ürünlerin kullanılmamış, giyilmemiş, yıkanmamış veya herhangi bir hasar görmemiş olması gerekmektedir.
- Orijinal etiketi, paketi ve tüm aksesuarlarıyla beraber geri paketlenip belirttiğimiz iade adresine gönderilmesi gerekmektedir.
- Eğer ürünler tarafımıza hasarlı bir şekilde iletilirse, iadeniz kabul edilmeyecektir. Ürünler size geri gönderilecek ve oluşan ekstra kargo ücreti de tarafınıza yansıtılacaktır.
- İade sırasında hasar gören veya kaybolan ürünler konusunda sorumluluk alamayacağımızı belirtmek isteriz.
- Müşteriye özel üretilen özel siparişlerde iade veya değişim kabul edilmemektedir.
İade paketiniz elimize ulaştıktan sonraki 1-2 iş günü içerisinde iade işleminizi tamamlayıp, sizi e-posta yoluyla bilgilendireceğiz.
Herhangi bir konuda bizimle iletişime geçmek için “info@mirimalist.com” e-posta adresimizi kullanabilirsiniz. Mailinize 24 saat içinde geri dönüş sağlanacaktır.
You can return any product you order from Mirimalist.com within 14 days from the day of delivery, if it suits all the conditions stated below in our returns policy.
To arrange a return, send an email to info@mirimalist.com and let us know which products you want to return.
Then you can ship the product(s) you want to return free of charge via Yurtici Kargo.
Please note that shipping cost will paid by the customer if another courier company is preferred.
(For worldwide international returns, all shipping costs and customs if applicable will be at the customer’s expense)

Return Policy;
- The product you want to return should be shipped unworn and unwashed. The product should be packed without any damage in their original packaging and then be returned to the address that Mirimalist has provided you.
- We cannot accept returns that don’t have their original packaging, or where the packaging is damaged.
- If we receive products in a damaged state we will return them to the sender and all extra shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
- If the product to be returned had any accessories when initially delivered, all these accessories have to be packed without any damages in their original packaging and need to be returned as well.
- We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
- NO return or exchange is accepted on customized orders
If the return of the product is completed and processed we will notify you by email.
